झारखंड का पंचायती राज Panchayati Raj of Jharkhand झारखण्ड पंचायती राज व्यवस्था :- • झारखण्ड पंचायत राज अधिनियम 2001 के अनुसार झारखण्ड में पंचायती राजव्यवस्था का स्वरूप त्रिस्तरीय है। जिसमें महिलाओं को 50 प्रतिशत रिजर्वेशन दिया गया है। • झारखण्ड में पंचायतों की संख्या 4420 है। • राज्य की सबसे छोटी प्रशसनिक इकाई ग्राम पंचायत होती है। • ग्राम पंचायत का प्रमुख मुखिया होता है। •पंचायत समिति का गठन प्रखण्ड स्तर पर होता है। • पंचायत समिति का प्रधान मुखिया होता है। • जिला परिषद का गठन जिला स्तर पर होता है। • झारखण्ड में जिला परिषदों की संख्या 24 है। • झारखण्ड में जिला परिषद के सदस्यों की संख्या 545 है। झारखंड का पंचायती राज (विस्तार मेंं) 15 नवंबर 2000 को भारत के 28 वें राज्य के रूप में झारखंड अस्तित्व में आया। एक अलग राज्य के रूप में अपने संविधान के बाद, झारखंड ने वर्तमान राज्य के लिए लागू अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों अधिनियम, 1996 में पंचायत विस्तार जो संविधान के 73 वें संशोधन के प्रावधानों के अनुसार अपना पंचायती राज अधिनियम 2001 लागू किया। पंचायतों के चुनावों को वापस आयोजित किया गया क्यों...
